Cross Training

ARE YOU READY FOR A LESSON?

Our cross-training is sports conditioning meets kickboxing. With three levels of intensity you can choose the amount of contact (or fight) training you prefer.

  • Level One is basic technique with core conditioning in the spirit of kickboxing and traditional boxing.
  • Level Two adds more shield and mitt work to your training.
  • Level Three includes Fight Lab and No Gi MMA for sparring and stand-up to take-down fighting.

All of our cross-training programs are intended to be a stand alone specialty path or to support your martial art training in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.
